- If you are not satisfied with our product in any way, you have 7 days to return an item from the date you received it.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same packaging that you received it.
- Delivery charges for the first time faced by Vogue Flair will be deducted from all refunds.
- The courier charges incurred by the customer in returning the order will not be refunded.
- Once we receive the product, we will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting it.
- Refund will be made through direct bank transfer to your provided bank account within 2-working days.
- Sale items are non-refundable and eligible for exchange only.
- For the exchange of product, delivery charges will be charged.
- Please note that custom-made products are not eligible for return or exchange.
