1. What type of leather do you use?

We use full grain leather for all our products. Full grain leather is known for its durability, natural beauty, and luxurious feel, making it an excellent choice for long-lasting and high-quality items.

2. Are all of your products hand-made?

All our products are completely handmade, using minimum machine work.

3. Do your products carry any warranty against manufacturing faults?

Yes! All of our products are warranted with a standard 365 days warranty against stitching defects.

4. Is the color shown on the website going to be exactly what arrives?

Due to differences in your screen settings, lighting when photos were
taken, and each individual hide, the color will vary up to 20% from what
you see on your screen.

5. Do we have an outlet?

For now, we don’t have any outlet yet.

6. What custom services do you offer?

With our custom services, customers can opt for any of our design they like and it will be made in any color and leather according to their preference.

7. What is the delivery time for custom order?

Delivery time for custom order is 12 to 15 working days, though we will try to deliver it as soon as possible.

At the moment, we only accept Cash on delivery and Direct Bank Transfer payments.

We offer free shipping all over Pakistan.

2. How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

Delivery time for every product is mentioned on its page, usually it
takes 2 to 4 working days for most of the products. If you experience
delays in receiving your order, contact us immediately and we will help to confirm the status of your order.

3. Can I change my order?
