  • Shipping Cost: We offer free standard shipping across Pakistan for all orders above PKR 2000. For orders below this amount, a standard shipping fee of PKR 200 will apply.
  • Order Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email to monitor its journey.
  • Delivery Areas: We deliver to all major cities and regions within Pakistan. Remote or rural areas may experience slightly longer delivery times.

International Shipping

  • Processing Time: International orders are processed within 2-5 business days. Once your order is confirmed, we’ll begin preparing it for shipment.
  • Shipping Time: Shipping times vary depending on the destination country and shipping method. Standard delivery typically takes between 7-14 business days, though exact delivery dates may vary due to customs or local handling delays.
  • Shipping Cost: International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination country and package weight. Customers are responsible for all shipping fees, which will be clearly displayed before completing the purchase.
  • Order Tracking: We provide tracking for all international orders. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking information to follow your order’s progress.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices. Customs procedures may also delay delivery.

  • Order Changes and Cancellations: Orders can be modified or canceled within 24 hours of placement. After this time, changes may not be possible as the order will already be in processing.
