Vogue Flair Return and Exchange Policy

At Vogue Flair, we want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, please review our return and exchange policy below.

Returns

  • Eligibility: Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. Returns must be initiated within 7 days of the delivery date.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Customized items, items on sale or discounts, and any product showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration are not eligible for return.
  • Process:
    1. Contact our customer service team at customer@vogueflair.com to initiate a return.
    2. Once approved, you’ll receive instructions on where to send the item.
    3. Upon receiving and inspecting the item, we’ll process a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
  • Refund Deduction: The delivery charges initially covered by Vogue Flair will be deducted from all refunds.
  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item was damaged upon arrival or incorrect.

Exchanges

  • Eligibility: Items eligible for exchange must be in their original condition, unused, and with all original tags and packaging.
  • Process:
    1. Initiate the exchange by contacting us at customer@vogueflair.com within 7 days of delivery.
    2. Once approved, you’ll receive instructions for returning the item and selecting a replacement item.
    3. Upon receiving the original item, we’ll ship the replacement to you.
  • Exchange Shipping: For domestic and international exchanges, customers are responsible for the shipping costs of the exchanged product.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. We’ll arrange a free replacement or refund after verifying the issue.

Additional Information

  • Processing Time for Refunds: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • Customs and Duties on International Orders: Any customs fees or import duties paid for international orders are non-refundable.
